Run your whole home care agency in one simple app.

1. Choose Sign in and sign in or create your account.
2. Click Start my 7-day free trial. It starts right away. No card needed.
3. Click Open my workspace and enter your agency name.

Your account shows the day your trial ends. After that, subscribe for $40 a month to keep going.

1. In your workspace, open Caregivers and choose Add caregiver.
2. Open Clients and choose Add client. Set the payer and the hourly bill rate.
3. Want to look around first? On Today, choose Add example data. You can delete it anytime.

Keep client notes non-medical, such as tasks, preferences and entry instructions.

Today, the workspace is for your agency's office account: owners and admins. Caregiver and family logins, where each person signs in with their own account, are coming in a later update. Until then, record clock-ins in Clock in / out on behalf of caregivers.

1. Choose New visit on Today or Schedule.
2. Pick the client, the caregiver (or leave it as an open shift), the date and times, and the service.
3. To repeat it, choose every week for 4 or 8 weeks, or every weekday for 2 weeks.
4. Choose Schedule visit. PeakDesk Care stops you if the caregiver is already booked at that time.

Open the visit from Today, Schedule or Timesheets. Change anything and choose Save, or choose Delete. Visits that are already on an invoice can't be changed.

Gray: scheduled. Amber: late (not clocked in 10 minutes after the start) or needs review. Blue: in progress. Green: completed. Red: missed (no clock-in by the end time). Purple: approved or invoiced. Every status also has a written label.

1. Open Clock in / out. It shows yesterday's and today's visits.
2. Tap Clock in when the visit starts.
3. Tap Clock out when it ends, and add a short visit note.

Hours are worked out from the clock-in and clock-out times.

When you tap Clock in or Clock out, the browser asks once for your location. If you allow it, that one reading is saved with the visit. If you don't, the time is saved without a location. Nothing is tracked in between.

Open the visit, correct the clock-in or clock-out time, add a reason and save. The reason is added to the visit note, and the visit goes back for approval.

Open Timesheets and pick a period. Check each finished visit and choose Approve, or use Approve all clean visits. Visits flagged for being late, missing a clock time, or more than 30 minutes off schedule need a look first.

1. Open Invoices. Approved hours that aren't billed yet are grouped by client.
2. Choose Create invoice. The total is hours times the client's bill rate.
3. Choose Print or save PDF to send it, then Mark as sent and later Mark as paid.

Use Export CSV to bring your invoices into your accounting app.

When your trial ends, your workspace locks and your data is kept. Choose Subscribe: $40 a month on the website, pay on secure checkout, and your workspace unlocks right away. You're billed monthly.

In your workspace, open Agency and plan and choose Cancel my plan. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for and you aren't charged again. Your data is kept if you come back.

Choose Sign in, then Forgot password on the sign-in page, and follow the link in the email.

Family logins are coming in a later update. Until then, your agency can share visit times and notes with families directly.
